Sarwar Warid is the execution backbone of Warid Realty, bringing unmatched on-ground expertise. With 10+ years of experience in real estate development, he has successfully delivered 150+ projects at a remarkably young age, across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
His strength lies in site execution, coordination, and problem-solving, ensuring that every project is completed with quality, efficiency, and precision. His deep understanding of real construction challenges makes him a pillar of reliability and performance within the team.
For him, construction is not just about completing work—it’s about delivering long-term value and trust.
Hassan Warid – The Driving Vision
At the heart of Warid Realty stands Hassan Warid—the leader, visionary, and driving force behind the brand. Currently pursuing his final year in Architecture, he represents a new generation that dares to think differently, act boldly, and lead with purpose.
With over 3+ years of experience in the real estate sector, Hassan has already been part of diverse projects including group housing developments, cultural and convention centers, hospital design, and multiple residential projects. But more than experience, what defines him is his clarity of vision and ability to lead.
He is not just shaping designs—he is shaping Warid Realty as a brand.
With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Hassan understands how to build identity, create impact, and position a brand in a competitive industry. As the creative head, he ensures that every idea, every project, and every communication reflects purpose, innovation, and value.

Er. Adnan Warid – The Strategic Executor
Adnan Warid brings a structured and modern approach to construction, combining engineering knowledge with professional project management practices. His journey began early—he started his consultancy while pursuing his B.Tech. This reflects initiative, ambition, and a strong problem-solving mindset from the very beginning.
He has worked on tender drafting for various infrastructure projects, including road works and artificial lake development. Through these, he has gained valuable exposure to planning, documentation, and project requirements. He has also contributed to the design of a 7-storey RCC potato cold storage (3500 MT capacity). This project was developed in compliance with Government of India guidelines for subsidy provisions, showcasing his technical capability in specialized infrastructure.
As a Civil Engineer, CAPM® certified professional, and currently pursuing M.Tech in Construction Technology and Management, he focuses on procurement planning, project scheduling, and execution strategy. His approach is centered on improving coordination, optimizing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered with efficiency and control.
